INITIAL EXPLORATION SESSION

Service Description

This first session will take up to 1 hour, depending on what comes up. We'll talk for a while to explore the reason you're here so that we start to reach a deeper understanding of what you'd like to resolve in the following RTT session. Once we've reached an understanding, I will briefly put you into hypnosis, just so that you know how it feels to be in hypnosis with me. After the session, I will send you a hypnotherapy recording that you can listen to each day. This is designed to bring you a sense of calm so that you can make the most of the customized RTT recording that we will create in your next session.
