What is RTT?

Rapid Tranformational Therapy

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a combination of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, mindfulness techniques and neuroscience.

​

When these techniques are blended together, they create an experience that brings transformation much more quickly than you'd think. RTT is perfect when you're feeling stuck in a particular way of behaving and want to bring about change.

​

You might feel stuck because of fears, old patterns which have become habits or any trauma that is unresolved and is affecting your way of being and the choices you make.

​

What we've found is that you need to go back to the root cause of these traumas. Once you have this knowledge (which I will help you discover with hypnotherapy), then together we can create a new script in order to build new pathways in your brain and support you in changing your habits.

​

You can't change habits easily using will-force alone.

First you have to know the problem (knowledge is power), then you change yourself, and then your habits can grow.

What to Expect in a Session

What to expect in session

Initial Exploration Session

​​Your first session with me will take up to 1 hour.

​

If you're coming to see me in person, I will make sure that you feel safe, comfortable and warm before we start our session.

If you have an online appointment, I'll send you a message a couple of days ahead of time to make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable (such as a place you will not be disturbed, that you are warm and comfortable and can hear me)

We'll talk for a while to explore the reason you're here so that we start to reach a deeper understanding of what you'd like to resolve in the following RTT session.

Once we've reached an understanding, I will briefly put you into hypnosis, just so that you know how it feels to be in hypnosis with me. 

 

After the session, I will send you a hypnotherapy recording that you can listen to each day. This is designed to bring you a sense of calm so that you can make the most of the customized RTT recording that we will create in your next session.

At this point, we will book your main RTT session and the follow-up session, each of which are around 1 hour.

Main RTT Session

​​We will follow up on our initial exploration session, making sure that you are happy with everything.  I will then take you into a deep hypnosis. Whilst under hypnosis, we will explore the root causes of your issue using RTT techniques.

​

Towards the end of our session, when we've reached a deeper understanding, I'll create a hypnosis tape for you using some of your own words and some words that are scripted using the latest neuroscience techniques to help you to rewire your brain and build an updated picture of yourself and the way you think and feel about things.

​

I will bring you out of the hypnosis and we will have a few minutes to see how you feel and make sure you feel grounded and ready to go on with your day.

​

I'll send your recording to you within the next 48 hours.

​

Your task at this point is to make a regular time each day to be somewhere quiet and to listen to your recording. Your recording will put you into hypnosis and you'll listen to language designed to help you change.

​

We will book another appointment in 21 days time.

7 day follow up

I will follow up with you by email after 7 days to see how things are going with you. This is an opportunity for you to let me know how things are going with your recording and to give any feedback you'd like to share.

21 day follow up

We will make an appointment to follow up after you have had a chance to listen to your recording for at least 21 days.  This appointment is in person or online and we will allow up to 1 hour.

We'll discuss what changes have happened since listening to your recording and we'll explore what has arisen for you that may still need to be addressed.

​

At this point, we will decide whether or not you'd like to book more sessions either to explore this issue more deeply or to work on something new.

​​

You can keep listening to your recording as much as you like, and it will continue to be a benefit to help to reinforce the changes we have made.
